For security reasons, it is recommended to clear your browser cache after every Expert session. This prevents other users of your computer from accessing your web history. Expert supports the last two versions of Internet Explorer (see Supported Browsers ). Depending on which version of IE you are using, refer to the appropriate instructions below.
Click on the "sprocket" icon in the top right corner
of the browser and select Internet
Options. The Internet Options dialog appears with the General
tab open.
In the Browsing History
section, click the Delete
button. The Delete Browsing History
dialog appears.
Ensure the Temporary Internet
Files is selected.
Click the Delete button. The cache is cleared.
From the Internet Explorer menu, select Tools
> Delete Browsing History. The Delete
Browsing History dialog appears.
Ensure the Temporary
Internet files checkbox is
selected.
Click the Delete button. The cache is cleared.
Click on the “sprocket” icon in the top right corner of the browser and mouse over the Safety option.
Click Delete Browsing History…
Ensure Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data are selected.
Click the Delete button and the cache will be cleared.
