Feature Sheet

The Feature Sheet provides the client with the available options for financing.  Feature Sheets can also display promotional information, including Realtor information, for use as customer handouts.

1. Click Tools in the top menu. The Financial Tools screen appears.
    

2. Click Feature Sheet and the calculator opens for you to enter details.
   
   
    

3. Complete the Property Information, Mortgage Detail, Cost and Estimated Closing Costs.  Enter a rate in each of your three Scenarios.
    

4. Click the Recalculate button to calculate values.
    

5. Click the Print Options button to open the Feature Sheet Customization screen, from where you can enter promotional info in the available fields.
   
   
    

6. Click the Save button.
    

7. Click the Print button open the Feature Sheet as a PDF in a separate window, from which you can save and print.
