Mortgage Isolator

The Mortgage Isolator is used to calculate the unknown variable in the mortgage.  Of the fields available (Amortization Period, Mortgage Amount, Interest Rate, Mortgage Payment) you enter details for three, the other one is automatically calculated.

1. Click Tools in the top menu. The Financial Tools screen appears.
    

2. Click Mortgage Isolator and the calculator opens for you to enter details.
   
   
    

3. After entering details, click the Calculate Amortization Schedule button to display the results.
    

4. To produce a PDF document of the information for saving or printing, click the Print Full Schedule button.
