Prepayment Analyzer

The Prepayment Analyzer determines how many years a client shortens the amortization and how much interest is saved by making a prepayment (lump sum) on the mortgage.

1. Click Tools in the top menu. The Financial Tools screen appears.
    

2. Click Prepayment Analyzer and the calculator opens for you to enter details.
   
   
    

3. Click the Calculate button to display the results.
    

4. To produce a PDF document of the information for saving or printing, click the Print Full Schedule button.
