Rent or Buy Analyzer

The Rent or Buy Analyzer allows you to compare the financial advantages of renting or buying based on monthly rent, funds towards a down payment, and the desired monthly payment if you purchased a home.

1. Click Tools in the top menu. The Financial Tools screen appears.
    

2. Click Rent or Buy Analyzer and the calculator opens for you to enter details.
   
   
    

3. After entering details, click the Calculate button to display the results.
