Ordering Appraisals

To request an appraisal on an application, complete the following steps:

1. Orders can be initiated from:

• the Subject Property section of the application:
  
  
  
• the Services page:
  
  
  
  

2. Select your provider, along with the desired product, complete the remaining fields and submit your request once all hard stops have been addressed.
   
   
   
3. A partially completed appraisal order will be created on the provider's site/portal in ‘Draft’ status. In order to complete your request, click the View Order button to be directed to the application within the provider's site/portal.
