Primary Applicant

For an application with multiple applicants, one applicant must be deemed the "primary applicant" for mortgage processing purposes.

By default, the primary applicant is the first applicant created for the application (for an applicant pair, this would be Applicant 1).

The primary applicant can be changed. See Changing the Primary Applicant.
