Hierarchy is the organizational structure of you firm in relation to locations, users, and deal sharing. The deals that a user has access to is set at a hierarchy level, which gives the user access to that level and all levels below. Typically, a firm has up to four levels:
Firm Level - the brokerage Firm.
Region Level - represents a geographic location or a physical office location. A firm can have multiple regions.
Group Level - a group of users who may share deals or work as a team, or a physical office location. A firm can have multiple groups within a region or not within a region.
User Level - represents the "agent on the deal" and therefore any administrator or assistant for the agent.
