User Rights
Each user has specific set of "rights" that determine what
functionality can be performed in Expert based on their level of responsibility.
A set of user rights is associated with its corresponding user
type. The default settings for a set of user rights is predetermined
based on industry common practice, such as pull credit bureaus, submit
to lender, etc. However, the individual options within the user right
set can be changed to meet a specific user's needs. For example, typically
a user classified as an Assistant cannot pull a credit bureau on a deal,
but this can be changed if needed.
