CRM Enrollment

The CRM Enrollment function allows you to export the clients on your application for import into your firm's CRM software. It also allows you to update existing client information on the CRM. This function is accessed via the Services page of the deal you are working on.

 

Note: This function is an optional tool that must be requested by your firm.

 

  1. With the application open, click Services on the Left Navigation Pane. The Services screen opens. Scroll to the CRM section.



     

  2. Click the CRM Enrollment button. The CRM Enrollment screen appears.


     

  3. For Mailing Address, select which address is to be exported from Expert into the CRM:

    Applicant - exports address of applicant (Address section on Applicant Details screen).
    Property - exports address of Subject Property (on Application Edit screen).
    Other - for exporting another address; if selected, enter the address details in the available fields that become active.
     

  4. If you are updating a client who already exists in the CRM, select Yes from the Existing CRM Client dropdown.
     

  5. By default, your name appears in the Agent on Correspondence dropdown. If required, you can select another agent.
     

  6. From the CRM dropdown (name specific to your firm), select Include.
     

  7. Enter any notes in the CRM Notes field.
     

  8. If importing a new client into the CRM, click the Save button. The information is passed onto the firm head office for upload into the CRM.

    or

 

  1. If updating an existing client into the CRM, click the CRM Update button. The information is passed onto the firm head office for upload into the CRM.

 

Excluding Information from CRM

The CRM Enrollment function can also be used to remove a client from the CRM. If so, complete the following steps:

 

  1. For the Existing CRM Client dropdown, select Yes.
     

  2. From the CRM dropdown (name specific to your firm), select Exclude.
     

  3. Click the Save button. The information is passed onto the firm head office for removal from the CRM.
